We’ll begin with a gentle chakra assessment to understand how stress or imbalance may be showing up for you. If a primary blockage is identified, we focus on one chakra during the session so your body and nervous system aren’t overwhelmed.

 

Tuning forks are used to introduce soft, steady vibrations that help your system relax and settle. Many clients describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more centered afterward—often without needing to “do” anything at all.

 

You’ll be guided through the process and supported every step of the way, with simple recommendations shared at the end only if you’d like them.
