My Experience at the World’s Largest Sound Bath

I had the incredible honor of participating in the World’s Largest Sound Bath, a historic event that brought together healers, musicians, and wellness practitioners from across the country. Under the energy of the new moon and fall equinox in Columbus, Ohio, hundreds of souls gathered to immerse themselves in waves of healing vibration.

As part of this gathering, I joined a collective of sound healers, including NFL veteran and meditation teacher Mike Adams, in creating a sonic field of harmony and renewal. I played crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments that merged with the resonance of gongs, chimes, and voices. Together, our intention was simple but powerful: to create a space where energy could reset, where stress could dissolve, and where every participant could reconnect to their deepest sense of balance.

Why This Event Was So Powerful

The timing of this sound bath was no coincidence. The new moon represents new beginnings and the planting of intentions, while the fall equinox is the balance point between light and dark, inviting us to release what no longer serves and embrace what lies ahead. To be surrounded by so many open hearts at such a potent cosmic moment was deeply moving.

Sound has always been one of humanity’s oldest medicines. When hundreds of people come together, allowing the frequencies of bowls, gongs, and healing instruments to wash over them, something extraordinary happens: the boundaries between self and other dissolve. As I looked out at the sea of participants, eyes closed, breath steady, I felt a profound sense of connection. Each tone I played was not just a note—it was an offering. Together, we wove a soundscape that reminded us all of the truth: healing is possible, balance is within reach, and unity is our natural state.

This experience reaffirmed why I do this work. Sound healing isn’t simply about relaxation—it’s about transformation. It’s about giving people the space to remember who they are beyond the noise of daily life.
