Free Sound Bath & Reiki Healing Event for Fellow Veterans and Families

Columbus, Ohio — September 30, 2025 — A local veteran is giving back to the community by offering a free evening of healing and restoration through sound bath therapy and reiki energy healing. The event, hosted by Energy Fi3lds and RP6, will take place on October 6, 2025 at 3:30pm at the Columbus Metropolitan Library.

Designed exclusively for veterans and their families (adults only), this gathering provides a safe, supportive environment to release stress, improve sleep, restore balance, and experience deep relaxation.

“As a veteran, and coming from a family of veterans, I understand the importance of mental health,” said Shawntay Fields, event organizer, energy wellness practitioner, and veteran. “Sound healing and reiki have been powerful tools in my own journey, and it’s my honor to share them with fellow veterans and their loved ones.”  

Energy Fi3lds will also be joined by Jessica Davenport, Reiki Practitioner, who will provide reiki healing during the event. Her expertise in balancing energy and promoting emotional release adds another layer of support to this restorative experience.

Event Highlights:
Sound Bath Therapy – Crystal singing bowls and resonant tones help quiet the mind, reduce stress, release tension, and guide participants into deep relaxation.
Reiki Healing – Gentle, non-invasive energy work to balance the body and restore harmony.

Free & Community-Centered – Offered as a gift of gratitude to veterans, with limited spaces available.
